The Request:
Please get rid of the red that you somehow managed to get in half of my hair yesterday along with the honey blonde.
The Result:
I am now two shades of red.
Flipping heck - my only option now (aside from finding another hairdress, paying more money to fix the muck-ups) is to try washing my hair two to three times a day and try and wash the colour down to a manageable level.
I detest looking for new hairdressers!
